Q3 Fund Performance

In the third quarter of 2024, Roots welcomed over 1,600 new investors, raised over $7M, and added 26 new properties to the fund in Q3.

Roots has a new Net Asset Value of $47,736,026.19 as of October 10, 2024, distributed $334,129.51 to investors last quarter, and has a new unit price of $137, up $4 from the previous quarter.

Roots returned 13.1% in the last 12 months (October 10, 2023 - October 10, 2024) and 56.5% since the fund's inception (July 1, 2021 - October 10, 2024).

Q3 Property Acquisitions

In Q3 2024, Roots added 26 properties in the greater Atlanta area. These properties are a great investment with a purchase price of $16.5M and a current market value of $18.9M (a solid 14.6% additional fair market value added to the fund).

These homes are projected to generate an impressive monthly rental income of $141K+ for the Roots Fund, based on the current market.

This increases Roots' total number of properties by 26 for an additional 100 doors.
